Dr Leo Seo Wei is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist in Singapore with over two decades of clinical experience under her belt. Throughout her career, the accomplished eye specialist has received numerous awards and valuable stints in ophthalmology, both in Singapore and the United States.
Dr Leo’s philosophy in medicine is to only provide safe, modern and evidence-backed treatments, and to customize each treatment plan to fit the unique needs of each patient. Dr Leo even puts her diverse patient base at ease due to her multilingual nature – she speaks English, Mandarin, Chinese dialects, basic Bahasa Indonesian, and even Japanese!

Head Clinic Receptionist
Cai Yun will be the first person you see as you enter our clinic. She is the head clinic receptionist and is responsible for the main reception area, liaising with patients and surgical bookings. Cai Yun will always greet you with a bright smile on her face. Cai Yun is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
Senior Orthoptist
Clara graduated from University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor in Health Science and Master in Clinical Vision Science in 2012. Clara is an allied eye health professional working closely with Dr Leo to diagnose and treat disorders such as lazy eye, strabismus and disorders in the muscles or nerves that can affect the movement of the eyes . As an Orthoptist, Clara has the expertise in diagnosing problems with how the eyes work together which is also referred to as binocular vision. Clara is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Senior Optometrist
Li Jun graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2013 with Diploma in Optometry. She is an experienced optometrist who enjoys working closely with both adults and children. Li Jun has special interest in refractive condition in children and is very passionate in obtaining the maximum optimal vision. Li Jun is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
Practice Manager and Senior Optometrist
Madeline graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in 2012 with a diploma in Optometry and continued on to obtain Bachelor in Clinical Optometry with Honours in 2014 from University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Madeline has been with Dr Leo eye specialist for 6 years. As the practice manager Madeline is very attentive, approachable and bubbly in nature. Madeline is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
Senior Clinic Assistant
Audrey has been working closely assisting Dr Leo for the past 5 years. Audrey is proficient in performing diagnostic tests and lid hygiene regime. She also assists Dr Leo in minor procedures in the clinic. She is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.

Yi Ping graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in 2006 with a Diploma in Optometry and continued on to obtain a Bachelor in Clinical Optometry with Honours in 2011 from University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Yi Ping is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.

Xin Ting graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2015 with a Diploma in Optometry. She then completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Optometry with Aston University, United Kingdom in 2018. Xin Ting has a keen interest in retinal diseases and loves to read up on interesting retinal cases. Xin Ting is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.

Xin Yi graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in 2019 with a diploma in Optometry. Xin Yi has a strong passion in refraction and will do her utmost best to provide the best result to her patient. Xin Yi is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
